1. What this is

Rights Advocates Ad Manager is internal software operated by Rights Advocates for building and managing our own advertising campaigns. It is not a public service. It is not offered for sale, subscription or licence, and no third party is invited to register for or use it.

2. Who may use it

Use is restricted to authorised personnel of Rights Advocates. Accounts are issued and revoked by us. Any other access is unauthorised.

3. Acceptable use

Authorised users must operate the application in accordance with the Google Ads policies and the Google Ads API terms, and must only direct it at Google Ads accounts they are entitled to operate.

4. Data

Our handling of data, including data obtained through Google APIs, is described in the privacy policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Availability

The application is provided for internal use on an as-is basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time without notice.
